Totally legit shop. I had a Carli Pathfinder kit put on my f350 at another shop in Seattle area. I knew it wasn't done correctly. I could just feel that something was off. After multiple attempts to get the original shop to correct it, I finally called the guys at Randy's and explained the situation to them. They told me to bring it up. It was over an hour drive for me.

The worked on it for 6.5 hours. They actually only charged me 5.5 hours because they knew I'd already dropped a fat stack on the Carli kit and install at another shop. They found that it was installed improperly, was way out of spec on alignment and the axle was off center even though I stepped up for the optional Carli track bar.

I went in thinking this was a few hour job so I was a waiter, but quickly realized it was more serious. I know shops don't typically like waiters, because we are the same, question after question, LOL. But everyone there was great. Yeah, I probably chatted too much with just about everyone there, but they were so accommodating and understanding.

The net net, while they were writing it all up after the job was done, they asked me to drive it to make sure I liked it. It was literally a different truck. They fixed all the concerns, and delivered on the promise that originally drove my decision to get the Carli Pathfinder kit.

This is one of those places where the guys working their actually like to work there and most of them have their own lifted rigs. They know what they are doing. And, Nelson, the owner, is there, working right along with everyone else. I highly recommend Randy's Offroad.
